De Novo Lodge Self Catering Accommodation. A secure lodge in Port Edward on the Natal South Coast. It is a family run self catering establishment on a large fenced property in Banners Rest near port Edward. There are 4 self catering units that sleep a maximum of 4 persons per unit and a unit for overnight guests. Our self catering units are fully equipped with all the modern conveniences needed to make your holiday as carefree as possible. The grounds are neatly paved around the units with 24 hour security patrols and sophisticated alarm system. The braai facilities, washing line and laundry facilities are available to all guests.

There is a large swimming pool with braai boma and a childrens’ play area which is great for socialising. The coffee shop on the premises carries a range of home made gifts and produce. The large gardens are perfect for bird watching, with an old Strangler Fig tree (Rock Fig) and small fruit orchard attracting fruit eating birds, including the Hornbill, as well as other birds, butterflies and insects.

2 Adults and 2 to 4 children. Has a bedroom with a double bed, separated by a curtained doorway from a bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, open-plan kitchenette and lounge area with sleeper couch. The chalet has front and back doors and access to the communal swimming pool, games room, childrens’ play area, gardens and braai boma. Linen is supplied, but not towels.
CHALET 2:
Sleeps: 2 – 4
2 Adults and 1 small child. Bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower, open-plan kitchenette and lounge area with sleeper couch. Front veranda and access to our communal swimming pool, games room, childrens’ play area, gardens, and braai boma. Linen is supplied, but not towels.
CHALET 3:
Sleeps: 2 – 4
A bedroom with 2 single beds, built-in cupboards, air-con, en-suite shower, kitchenette, lounge area with sleeper couch, front verandah and back door leading in to the communal courtyard.

2 Adults and 1 small child. Bedroom with double bed, shower, open-plan kitchenette and lounge with sleeper couch. Front and back doors and garden, as well as access to our communal swimming pool, games room, childrens’ play area, gardens and braai boma. Linen is supplied, but not towels.

2 Adults and 1 small child
Set further away from the others and has a sunken bedroom with double bed, shower, open-plan kitchenette and lounge. Access to our communal swimming pool, games room, childrens’ play area and braai boma. Linen is supplied, but not towels.
THE LODGE:
Sleeps: 6-8
6 Adults and 8 children. This double storied self catering house has four bedrooms and two lounges, three and a half bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. Three double beds, two bunk bed sets and 4 single beds make up the sleeping configuration. There is a garden with braai with access to the communal games room. Communal swimming pool, childrens’ play area, gardens and braai boma. Linen is supplied, but not towels.
