Niagara Falls is a collective name for three waterfalls located on the border between the United States and Canada. The three waterfalls are the Horseshoe Falls, the American Falls, and the Bridal Veil Falls. The Horseshoe Falls is the largest and most well-known of the three, while the American Falls is the second largest and the Bridal Veil Falls is the smallest.

The spectacular Niagara Falls are located on the Niagara River, which drains Lake Erie into Lake Ontario. The waterfalls have a combined vertical drop of over 165 feet (50 meters) and are known for their sheer power and beauty. Things to do at Niagara Falls – USA

The American side of the falls offers attractions such as the Cave of the Winds, where visitors can get up close to the Bridal Veil Falls, as well as the Maid of the Mist boat tour that takes you right into the mist of the Horseshoe Falls. There are also several observation decks and hiking trails that offer stunning views of the falls. Visitors prefer the American side for its more rugged and natural setting.

Many tourists find the Canadian side to be more scenic and vibrant, with better views of the falls.
