Your stay at Camp Kuzuma

Camp Kuzuma offers seven luxurious open-plan tented suites set under a canopy of Mopane trees, intended to provide total solitude while looking out into the bushveld. In this wonderful rural setting. Each room emanates a romantic and nostalgic atmosphere, complete with safari antiques. Each suite has a private sun terrace and an ensuite canvas bathroom with a high-back Victorian bath, two sinks, double indoor showers, and an outdoor shower.

The lodge is situated in a busy wildlife corridor along a historic elephant migration path. Your tent includes its own observation deck as well as an outdoor shower. A rim-flow pool overlooks the bustling waterhole where herds of elephants drink and bathe, while other animals queue up to wait their turn during the dry season. In the cool afternoon breeze, the sunken fire pit provides peaceful reflection and serves as a gathering spot for campfire stories in the evening. You may enjoy your boma dinner under the stars, as well as an African Chic experience that combines down-to-earth cuisine with a refreshingly local African taste.

Wildlife Experiences

The skilled guides at Camp Kuzuma will impress you with their knowledge of the local plant and animal life, as will the abundance of wildlife to be discovered while traveling through the bush in an open-air safari vehicle. In addition to traveling through the forest in an open-air safari vehicle, guests may also explore the region by water. A boat cruise on the Chobe River is an absolute must. Hippos and crocodiles lounge in the sun on the river’s banks, while elephants plunge into the water and wander over to the other side, providing an up-close and personal encounter.
